We’ve been quite excited about working with the great people behind Dragon Con to bring you this commemorative product. The Official Mead of Dragon Con 2020!

Grab ye’ some Dragon’s Nectar! Each can contains 16 ounces of Mead – locally made with exotic flavors from faraway lands. Congratulations! This is a noble beverage to enjoy no matter what your quest. Enchanting Passion Fruit, heroic Hibiscus, and, of course – the mighty Dragon Fruit! All blended with our glorious wildflower honey to create this special 2020 Edition of Dragon Con Mead. Godspeed.
We know you are excited to pickup your Dragon’s Nectar! And we are excited to get it to you. So, here’s the scoop:
We had some days set-up specifically for customer pickup on the initial batch. A fun time was had meeting everyone and hearing your feedback about our Dragon’s Nectar!
We do not have a specific pick-up day designated for the 12-Packs. If you are local to Atlanta or Athens and wish to try and schedule a pickup, let us know and we’ll do our best to coordinate something with you.
For now, visit our Contact Us page and send us a message with your thoughts.
Didn’t buy all that you wanted?
We’ll have inventory available for on-site purchases. Just let us know what you’d like to add to your order and will be able to take credit cards on-site.
Looking for great beer too?
Monks Meadery does not produce beer, but Southern Brewing Co will have their tasting room open starting at 2pm on Saturdays. While you’re there, you’re welcome to buy a beer or two and enjoy the 16 acre back yard. They’ve got some live music lined up for you too.
These dates/times don’t work for you?
Let us know and we’ll work with you. Ideally, the bulk of these orders will go out on these two Saturdays but we should be able to get you your products during normal tasting room hours starting on August 19th
At Monks Meadery, we find inspiration from flavor combinations found in other beverages like teas, craft cocktails, some tiki drinks and even interesting smoothies. We use fruits, herbs, spices and teas to derive our flavors. We want ingredients that we can find at our local farmers market or in our pantry. There is an infinite number of combinations that can be created with this extremely versatile historic beverage. Check back to see what our latest creations are!
