Shipping Policy for Monks Meadery
Dragon Con Pre-Orders 2025
The Honey Dree plush and all the other goodies are in production and we're expecting to receive them from our manufacturer and begin shipping orders by mid-August.
Due to the volatility in the import & export world there could be unforeseen delays that are out of our control. . Rest assured, we will remain as transparent as possible to keep you informed along the way if there are any major setbacks or if we end up being ahead of schedule.
SHIPPING Orders
If you selected "shipping" when ordering you likely got a UPS tracking number. This number won't update until we actually put your box on a UPS truck and it's scanned. Our goal is to have all of these orders out by the middle of August so that everyone has their mead, plush, and whatever other goodies, in your possession before the beginning of the convention. We'll do our best to update you as all the different parts show up and we're able to process these orders.
LOCAL PICK-UPS
If you selected "Local Pick-Up" for your Honey Dree Bundle, we will communicate when we've got inventory at our tap room and can fulfill your order. We can't have anyone pick up partial orders. If you don't want to pick this up until Dragon Con, please know we'll be running a FREE shuttle bus that goes to and from Dragon Con (a 10-12 min ride), Aug 26-Aug 31. More information on the shuttle will be announced close to the convention.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Options
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and your delivery location. Delivery Areas Currently, we ship to most states in the United States. Please note that due to state laws, we may have restrictions on shipping to certain locations. We recommend checking your local regulations regarding the shipment of alcoholic beverages.
Age Verification
All orders containing alcoholic beverages require an adult signature upon delivery. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase our products. Please ensure that someone over the age of 21 is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.
Damaged or Lost Orders
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at monks@monksmeadery.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receipt, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
