Where can I pick up my mead?
You can pick up your mead right here at our taproom! We’re open Tuesday through Sunday, and you can swing by to grab cans, bottles, or enjoy a flight while you’re here. Check our current hours on our website before you visit; we’re always up to something fun!
Do you sell your mead anywhere else?
Absolutely! You can find Monks Mead in a variety of bars, restaurants, and stores around Georgia and we’re expanding all the time. You can also order online and have it shipped straight to your door (we currently ship to 44 states!).
How can I support your small business?
We love this question! You can support Monks by:

Yes, we love working with local and independent artists! What in the world is mead, anyway?
Ah, mead! The nectar of the gods (or at least the bees). It’s a delicious drink made from fermented honey, water, and sometimes a touch of fruit, herbs, or spices. Think of it as honey’s adventurous cousin who went out exploring and came back with stories to tell. Is it sweet? It can be but we specialize in a dry style mead that is lightly carbonated. While the ancient drip might be really sweet, our modern sip is more sessionable!
How do I choose the perfect mead for my taste buds?

Can I serve mead at special events?
Of course! We’ve been part of countless weddings, birthdays, showers, and other celebrations. You can even rent out our taproom for your own special event. Just email broadway@monksmeadery.com for details ; we’ll help you make it unforgettable.
How should I store my mead?
Keep it secret, keep it safe hehe! We recommend drinking it ice cold (preferably from a chalice or goblet, obviously). But don’t let it sit too long, it is lightly carbonated so it’s too good not to enjoy right away!
Do you ship your meads?
You bet your sweet honeycomb we do! We currently ship to 44 states, so you can enjoy Monks Mead no matter where you roam. Check our shipping policy for all the details.
Can I return my mead if I don’t like it?
We’re confident you’ll love it but if something isn’t quite right, reach out to us and we’ll see what we can do. Once a bottle’s opened, though, it’s yours to enjoy; no take-backs once the party starts!
