Storing mead is as easy as pie (or should we say, as easy as honey?). We always recommend drinking our mead ice cold in a chalice. So yes, keep it in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight. If you’ve got a refrigerator or mead cellar, that’s the perfect spot! Just don’t let it sit there too long—for only the simple reason that it's f**cking good and you should enjoy it as soon as possible.
