Returns:
Vinoshipper customer service will help you with your order if there is an issue. If you are having any further questions/concerns, please contact monks@monksmeadery.com and we will be happy to help!

According to Vinoshipper's policy, if you need to return a product, you will typically receive a refund minus the original shipping cost and the cost of return shipping; if the package is damaged during delivery, contact customer service to arrange a replacement, and Vinoshipper generally does not accept responsibility for damage caused by extreme temperatures during shipping.

Temperature sensitivity:
Vinoshipper is not liable for damage caused by extreme temperatures during shipping.

No liability for opened bottles:
Generally, opened bottles of wine cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
