Our original flavor and first love.  Monks Mead is a dry mead with a hint of honey flavor, gently carbonated and crisp.  It’s dangerously easy to imbibe despite being 11.9% abv.  Monks Mead is made from wildflower honey and water and naturally fermented with a champagne yeast.  This is the flavor that started it all.  Enjoy!

This blood red Mead boasts a floral bouquet and tartness that’s exceptionally refreshing and complex. We use hibiscus, rose petals, elderflower and hops to create a floral mead balanced to perfection. We think we nailed it. Cheers to flowers and their magic!
